I joined Palatine Growth Credit in 2026 having studied History and Economics at the University of Manchester, before joining EY as an audit graduate.

Studying history taught me to look for the story behind the numbers, and that’s exactly what excites me about growth lending: sitting down with founders, understanding how their business works, and helping them scale on their own terms rather than giving away equity. I’ve particularly enjoyed getting to grips with growth credit as an asset class, and how it can offer far more flexibility than a traditional loan or equity round.

Outside of work, I’m a keen runner and occasional “fair-weather” cyclist. I love getting out into the countryside, whether that’s on foot or on the bike, though this has become trickier since moving to London compared with back home in the Yorkshire Dales!
